While Christmas is all about family, eating, drinking and making merry, there are many of us that are not fortunate enough to have a honey glazed gammon as the centre piece of the table.

Yes, most of us consider Christmas a holiday we celebrate with our family. Many of us have furry friends that are just as much family as hairy Uncle Harry or bearded Aunt Beverly.

For that reason Christmas came early for CLAW (Community Led Animal Welfare) and their furry buddies, when the Sintrex CSI gang pulled up in the Sintrex wagon bearing gifts in festive flair.

Despite the long “we should have packed padkos” drive & the sweltering heat, the Sintrex entourage were welcomed with a “bow-wow” and a “purr-purr” that would melt anybody’s heart.

Who would have thought that a mop & broom would make any woman smile from ear to ear, clearly, she is not Aunt Beverly who considers them weapons of choice!

With no solid funding or support, CLAW is completely dependent on donations, it was obvious to the Sintrex CSI team that this responsibility far outweighed a 5kg gammon centre piece.

With that in mind the furry friend in need became the furry friend indeed.
